The CIPD is globally recognised for its research and expertise in people development, and its qualifications are often requested by many employers. The Level 5 qualification will deepen your understanding of talent management, employee relationships, and organisational performance.

 

As well as honing your knowledge in people management, you’ll study real-life scenarios around culture and behaviour, learn how to better manage relationships, and nurture top talent. Plus, you’ll be able to tailor your diploma to your own career path, with a choice of optional units including well-being at work, diversity and inclusion, and specialist employment law.

What are the requirements?

• While it is possible to do CIPD Level 5 without previous study, it’s recommended that you’ve already studied a CIPD qualification at Level 3, or have a relevant degree or work experience in HR or L&D.

Assessments 

You’ll complete a written assignment after each module, where you’ll demonstrate the knowledge you have gained throughout your studies. Each assignment will be submitted online, marked by our assessors and then moderated by CIPD.

 

 Once you have successfully completed the assignments for all modules, and they have been moderated by CIPD, you will be awarded your CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
